Staff working at more than one GP practice using Systmone

Had an interesting few hours on the phone to TPP re a Doctor whose Smart card would not work with SystMone. They kept blaming it on the Smart card, and refused to accept it was a problem with the system. What actually transpired was the GP had also worked in two other TPP sites, and although her Smart card only has the one practice she now works in, there were two others still active within SystMone. Once these had been de-activated by the other two sites, her Smart card magically started working. So a reminder to all, if you have staff leaving, ensure they are de-activated

So in the end, it was user error (albeit, errors by users from those two other sites), and not system error?
